These terms govern your use of novawestclub.com and any purchase you make from Nova West Social Club. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Using this site

You may not use our products or site for any unlawful purpose, to violate any regulation or law, to infringe our intellectual property or anyone else's, to harass or discriminate against others, to submit false information, or to interfere with the security of the site.

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province, or have given consent for any minor dependent to use the site.

2. Products and pricing

Product colours and images are displayed as accurately as your screen allows and may vary from the item you receive. Our garments are made to order, so minor variations in fabric, dye and finishing between production runs are normal.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse any order, and discontinue any product at any time. If we make an error in a price or product description, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. Once an order enters production it generally cannot be changed or cancelled — contact us immediately if you need to try.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to update it as needed so we can complete your order and contact you.

4. Shipping and risk

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier. Import duties and taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient. See our shipping policy.

5. Returns

Returns are governed by our returns policy, which forms part of these terms. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are covered — contact us within 14 days of delivery.

6. Intellectual property

The Nova West name, the NW monogram, the Social Club lockup, and all site content, imagery and copy are our property and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our written permission.

7. Third-party links and tools

The site may provide access to third-party materials and tools, including payment and analytics services, which we provide "as is" without warranty. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to those third parties' own terms.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We do not guarantee that your use of the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova West Social Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any product purchased through it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
