Collections and fit
What is the difference between Society West & Local Street & Off Duty?
Society West is the studio line — yoga, tennis & training pieces cut close in performance knits. Local Street is the heavier cotton & fleece side: tees, sweats & outerwear. Off Duty is the lighter fabrics, comfy clothes from the house to run errands in. All run across the same categories, so you can browse & narrow to either.
What do the fit labels mean?
Curvy/Fitted sits close to the body — leggings, bras, bike shorts & bodycon tops. Relaxed Fit is a regular, easy cut. Oversized is deliberately cut larger than your size. The fit is listed on every product page.
Sizing
Which size should I order?
Every product page carries its own measurement table, taken flat in both inches and centimetres. Our styles come from several factory blocks, so a Medium in a tee is not always cut like a Medium in a legging — always check the table on the page you are buying from. Our size guide explains how to measure yourself.
Why do some products use S–XL and others use 4–12?
Performance and yoga styles run on a numeric block (4, 6, 8, 10, 12). Tees, sweats & outerwear run on letters (XS–3XL). Both are listed with full measurements so you can compare directly.
What if I am between sizes?
For compressive pieces — leggings, bras, bike shorts — take the smaller size for a closer fit. For tees, sweats & jackets, take the larger size. Measurements on the product page are the reliable guide.
Orders and delivery
How long until my order ships?
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–4 business days. US delivery then takes a further 3–5 business days, so most orders arrive within 7–9 business days.
How much is shipping?
Free on US orders over $100. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. See our shipping policy for full detail.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to over 70 countries. International delivery times & duties vary by destination & are shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We can usually change or cancel an order before it is dispatched. Email pppfit@yahoo.com as soon as possible with your order number & we will do what we can.
The garments
How should I wash them?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, do not bleach, tumble dry low & iron on low while avoiding any printed area. Do not dry clean. Full care instructions are on every product page.
Why does my item look slightly different from the photo?
Small variations in fabric, dye & finishing can occur between production runs & screens render color differently. If the difference is more than slight, contact us.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Email pppfit@yahoo.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number & a photo. We will sort out a replacement.
