Shipping Policy
Free US shipping on orders over $75. Most orders arrive within 5–9 business days.
Production time
Every Nova West garment is made to order rather than picked from stock. Production takes 2–4 business days before your parcel is handed to the carrier. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays enter production the next business day.
Delivery time
Once shipped, US delivery takes a further 3–5 business days. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 5–9 business days. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel leaves production.
Shipping rates
- US orders over $75 — free standard shipping.
- US orders under $75 — standard shipping calculated at checkout by destination.
- International — calculated at checkout. We currently ship to over 70 countries.
International orders
Delivery times outside the US vary by destination and customs processing. Any import duties, taxes or handling fees are set by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These are not collected by Nova West and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.
Multiple items
Orders containing several made-to-order pieces may ship in more than one parcel, at no extra cost to you. Each parcel is tracked separately.
Delays and lost parcels
If tracking has not updated for more than seven business days, or your parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, email pppfit@yahoo.com with your order number and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has entered production. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
